Sunshine Digital Bookstore is committed to respecting copyright, intellectual property rights, authorship, and the lawful use of Christian books and digital resources.

The Bookstore provides selected Christian eBooks, Bible studies, devotionals, ministry resources and other materials for reading, learning, personal benefit and spiritual growth.

1. Copyright Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, original materials published by Sunshine Digital Bookstore, Sunshine Destiny Communications (SDC), or its designated authors remain protected by applicable copyright laws.

Copyright belongs to the respective author, copyright owner, publisher, or other lawful rights holder.

Copyright protection in Malaysia is governed principally by the Copyright Act 1987 (Act 332). Copyright protection generally arises automatically when qualifying original work is created; Malaysia does not operate a general copyright-registration requirement.

2. Original SDC Publications

For eBooks, devotionals, Bible studies, articles, graphics and other materials created and published by SDC or its authors:

Unless expressly stated otherwise, no part of such material may be:

reproduced in whole or in substantial part;

copied, scanned or converted into another format;

uploaded to another website or digital platform;

redistributed through WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook or other groups;

modified, adapted or republished;

sold, rented or commercially distributed;

used to create another publication or derivative resource; or

made available as a separate download.

Permission must be obtained from the relevant copyright owner before undertaking uses that require authorization.

3. Free Access Does Not Mean Free to Republish

Some resources on Sunshine Digital Bookstore may be provided free of charge for personal reading or educational benefit.

Free access does not mean that the material is copyright-free or that permission is granted to reproduce or redistribute it.

Where sharing is permitted, please share the official Sunshine Digital Bookstore page or resource link rather than copying, downloading and redistributing the material.

4. Paid eBooks

Paid eBooks are supplied to the purchaser or authorized reader for personal use only, unless a separate licence states otherwise.

Payment for an eBook provides access to the purchased resource; it does not transfer copyright ownership to the purchaser.

Paid eBooks must not be:

forwarded to others;

uploaded to websites or cloud-storage platforms for public access;

distributed through messaging groups;

resold or commercially exploited;

reproduced in print or digital form for distribution; or

modified and republished without permission.

5. Third-Party Materials

Sunshine Digital Bookstore may contain or refer to materials created by third-party authors, publishers, ministries, organizations or copyright owners.

Where applicable, copyright remains with the respective copyright owner.

The presence of a resource, quotation, reference, image, publication or external link on the website should not be interpreted as a transfer of copyright ownership to Sunshine Digital Bookstore.

Where permission, licence or authorization is required, the relevant rights must be obtained from the appropriate copyright owner.

6. Bible Translations and Quotations

Bible quotations and excerpts may be subject to the copyright terms of the respective Bible translation or publisher.

Where a copyrighted translation is quoted, users should respect the applicable copyright notice, quotation limits and permissions established by the relevant copyright holder.

Sunshine Digital Bookstore does not claim ownership of Bible translations that belong to other copyright owners.

7. Copyright Permission

If you wish to reproduce, translate, adapt, publish, distribute, commercially use or otherwise reuse material found on Sunshine Digital Bookstore, please contact the relevant copyright owner for permission before doing so.

9. No Transfer of Copyright
